What is ChemCONV ?

ChemDes requires unified molecular format for input, so we developed ChemCONV to help users unify different forms of molecules from different sources into certain format and save the results as files conveniently.

The first way: Use text as the input.

Select output file format:

The second way: Use file as the input.

Note:

Make sure you have chosen the right input and output formats,or the result will show the text of uploaded file itself.
Here, we allow users to convert a number of molecules at one time, but users must manually separate molecules in output file unless it contains certain delimiter such as '$$$$' in 'sdf'.
